DD is over 17lbs at 5 months and about 27 inches and she is not really fitting in her snugride anymore. She is also losing interest in the swing too Chat Icon

Re: When did you "retire" the following gadgets...

Car seat was 7 months but really DS should have been o ut before that (I think DS was about 23lbs 29inches at this time)

Swing around 8 months but he didnt use it for at least a month prior.

Walker - 11 months - he was too big for it but he loved it so we kept it out until he started walking.

Exersaucer - I still have out but will probably get rid of it soon. I keep it because DS will sit in it an eat puffs or somehting which now that he is walking is great because I can do a few things and know he is completely contained in one spot!

Car seat - about 6 months, but DS was big. He could have been out of it sooner, but I waited as long as I could.

Swing - about 8 months. We moved at that point and he never really liked it, so I didn't set it up again after we moved.
