depends on how sick the kids are .. if they are really sick i would do it on my 5 year old.. but not on a regular basis.. i'd say about 3 years old..
maybe it's because i am a pediatric nurse and i'm used to doing it??

ITA. I would say about 3 years old.
If DS fever seems really high I will do a rectal temp. He is 5 years old.
