When did you stop using the changing table?
Thomas will be three in April. He's potty training, so I'm not changing diapers on it anymore, but I tried to take the changing pad away and use the dresser as a dresser only, but I missed it terribly! I find it so much easier to dress him, lotion him, clean his ears, nose, etc. on the changing table as opposed to the floor.
When did you stop using it, and where do you dress, etc. your toddler instead?
Thanks!

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
We are still using it but DD's new bedroom set gets delivered next week, so I am guessing we won't be using it anymore (even tho she isn't potty trained yet). I will probably be using the bed.

I will be tonight. DD is almost 27 months. She's getting her "big girl" furniture today.

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
DD is 2.5 years and she has been spending most days in underwear lately. But we'll still use the changing pad (on her dresser) when we put her in a nighttime diaper before bed.

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
DD just turned 2 and I can't see not using it for a while. I have a bad back though and it's easier to just lift her on there and do everything there rather than trying to wrestle with her on the bed or the floor. We actually just bought a 2nd one for our living room so that we have someplace to change DD#2 in the middle of the night so we don't disturb DD#1.

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
We are still using it and DD is a little over 2 1/2. I imagine we'll stop using it when either a) we change her room over to a "big girl" room, and/or b) she is potty trained.

We still do. But he usually stands on it. He runs away from me otherwise

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
I never really used one. I use to dress my first child on it but by the time the second baby came around I was using a couch, bed or the floor. so I never really used it even right after they were born.

Re: When did you stop using the changing table?
Never used one.
I got one but not once was it used, I gave it to another new mom.
I changed her, dressed her in her crib on a 'wet pad' (waterproof pad with fabric).
Now she's 17mo and I take her from bath to the couch with one of the wet pads laid out and I lotion, diaper and dress her there.
I guess it what you get used to *shrug*
