When did your baby start to crawl????
My  is almost 8 months and she just started to crawl
How old was your baby and when did he/she start to walk??

never...he started walking this week he is 11.5 months :)
he sitll does not crawl, just plops face down on the rug and lifts himself to sitting then standing position if he has something to hold on to

9 months army crawl, 9 1/2 months crawling on knees. She is almost 1 now and isn't walking yet.

She crawled at 6 months and started cruising less than 2 weeks later.
She didn't walk until right around her 1st birthday.

DD is almost 7 months and she is getting into the crawling position,but just rocking herself back and forth. So cute. I would say she'll be crawling within a month.

At 10 months old DD is still making NO attempt to crawl. I think she will just start walking one day and skip the crawling.

ds was about 8 mths, but I am hearing more that babies skip crawling alot of times now that they sleep on their backs.

#1: almost 9 months, walked almost 14 months
#2: full on crawling at 6 months has been cruising for over a month. Dr. thinks she'll be walking by 10 months.

Same with my DD at 9.5 months. She prefers to sit, play with her toys and take it all in!

According to DH bc I NEVER remember these things......it was around 9 months. He took off and walked the day after his 1st birthday.

ds army crawls... has since he was 8 months... he is now 10 months... he is so fast with the army crawl i think he will just switch to walking next... which he already does with assistance

It seems like the babies all have a pattern to when they start to crawl/walk....
I was just asking because my Mom says my should be standing by now  she walked at 9 months and expects my to do the same
Based on your replies she is perfectly normal!!! Thank you again!!

True crawling, 7 months exactly. She started pulling herself up to stand around the same time, or a little before. She was cruising about a week after crawling. She's 7 months and about 3 weeks now, so no walking yet.
