When did your child transition to 1 nap?
When did they make the transition to one nap? What time do they nap and for how long?
DS seems to be taking only one nap now and I'm still trying to figure him out!

just this month (15 mos) and she is still doing her morning nap but dropped the pm nap which seems more unusual but oh well. whatever works right?

same thing happened to us but around 14 months...
She was taking a good size nap around 10:30 or so... Over the past 3 months the nap has gotten later...
Now she naps from 12:30/1 for 2-3 hours...

just recently, she is only 11 months. only when she is extremely exhausted or in the car does she take a "pm" nap.

18 months. Takes nap from about 12:15-1:50 on a good day and about an hour on a not so good day.
She sleeps at night from 7:45pm-7am

11mths but my DD is not what you would call a sleeper anyway - way too much going on in the world for her to be sleeping - unfortunately for me!!

At 12 months I can see his pattern changing - he stays up later in the morning and then goes down for 1.5-2 hours about 9:30/10:00. Then about 3:30 he is ready for another but it's very short. I can tell the 2 will soon become 1 longer one.

At 17 mos we are now on one nap unless DD had an extremely active day.

dd rarely takes more than one.....we are lucky to get an hr out of her as it is....and she is only 11 mos but since she was a little bean, she has neevr been a big napper!

at 9 months he started taking one nap and it has continued..he naps from 10:30-12:30, sometimes a little more or less but always about 2 hours!

My son is 15 months and about 2 months ago starting doing 1 nap. Same with my older kids, by around a year.
