does anyone on here have advice on how to tame this? I threw up 4 times in the car on the way to school this morning (i'm a teacher). I've been so miserable since Sat and can't seem to get it to stop :(
I've tried saltines, pretzels, peppermint, ginger ale...
A bagel and hot tea with lemon was the only thing that really helped... and even that didn't last long. I lost weight during these weeks because I could not keep anything down.

Morning sickness really IS awful. I didn't have it very severe, but it was bad enough to make me miserable. Ginger Ale made from real ginger was something that helped me tremendously. I don't really think anything else did.

Mine stopped when I went in Zofran at 12 weeks.
