When do you stop with the morning bottle?
I am so confused.
When do I stop giving him his morning bottle and just start going straight to breakfast?
Right now I think he would throw a fit if I gave up the bottle in the morning.
TIA

Are you supposed to stop it? I say if he likes a bottle of milk in the morning, keep it going until he is old enough to tell you otherwise!
eta...Noah has a sippy cup of milk, I guess you are talking about the milk rather than the vessel itself...

I agree with Rachel. I just have to get him to drink milk from a sippy cup.

I transitioned when we came off of bottles at 12 mos. Then she got a sippy cup with milk at breakfast.

at 11 months old I put my son from thebottle to a sippy cup and then he would just drink with breakfast as well. as soon as you can get him to a sippy cup the better it will be to get him off the bottles

I was wondering the same, there are mornings where Ryan drinks like 1-2 oz and could care less until cereal/fruit time.

Re: When do you stop with the morning bottle?
Lauren rarely gets a morning bottle. When she wakes, I give her a few minutes playtime and then breakfast. She has her sippy with milk in it.
At this point, she also gets a sippy for lunch, so the afternoon nap bottle is slowly weaning away. I just have to figure out when to get rid of the bedtime bottle and we're done. She will be 1 on Sunday.
