When do you stop having internal sonograms?
I have an appointment May 3 and I will be in my 11th week to hear the heartbeat.

I only had one at 7 weeks. My next was the ultrascreen and that was external and that was about 13 weeks or so.

My last one was at 12 wks (she tried an external first but had problems seeing the baby clearly).

My OB told me that my next appt I will have a regular sono. I will be 13 weeks at that point so I'm assuming some time in between there.

I never had any - all were external. Depends on the doctor.

I only had one internal and that was at 7wks I've had two external since then 12 weeks and 20 weeks.
