When is the best time to pump?
I want to try pumping in case I ever need to leave DS with a bottle. I am just wondering when is the best time of day to pump? I dont have any supply issues so I dont want to increase my supply too much by pumping at the wrong time, too frequently, etc. I read online to pump for a few minutes after a feeding. JUst wondering what everyone else recommends...this is all so new and confusing to me, thanks!

Probably after the morning feeding is best.

I agree with morning...that is when your supply is the greatest.
