when renovating rooms...
I hope this is not a ridculous question...but when you get estimates on renovations, is everything included? I have someone that started work on my bathroom and kitchen, and I haven't picked out light fixtures yet. Should I just purchase them and have him install it?
I know I can just ask him...but just wanted to know if this was a strange question to ask.

when renovating rooms...
that should have been laid out in the contract before you started. it depends on the contractor. some have all that in their showroom and you choose it and others just charge the labor and then have you go out and buy everything.

Check your quote. If it says furnish and install then they probably have a $$ held but just know they will not let you pick out a very expensive one.
If it just says install then you go get one.

Ok, I guess this is what I was wondering more. I wound up buying my own today bc I didn't want I to be a cheapy one, thank you!
