When should I expect the following pregnancy "woes" to kick in? (3rd trimester)
So far, knock on wood, I am having an easy 3rd tri.
When can I expect: heartburn? constipation? back pain? trouble sleeping?
I'm 30w3d right now and know my luck will run out eventually!

not everyone deals with that!
When can I expect:
heartburn? - never had it
constipation? - never had it. drink lots of water, that helps.
back pain? - low back pain set in around 35 wks. My HIPS hurt more than anything - they felt like they were cracking in half (spreading apart). I also had calf pain pretty often.
trouble sleeping? - never

I am 36w 4d.
heartburn? none constipation? none back pain? very mild trouble sleeping? nopie!
What happened at about 36w, I started to feel the first trimester exhaustion again and a LOT of pressure down below. . . .BUT that was also when this awful weather started, I think I would feel better if it was a temperature fit for humans outside

Well, with this pregnancy, I've had all of these since day 1, and I'm 32 weeks pregnant now!
Hopefully you won't have to experience any of these!

I am 28 weeks and I already have had all of that for weeks. Maybe you are one of the lucky ones!

When I was in the third tri, I had trouble sleeping and back pain from about 34 weeks on. I never really had any of the other stuff you mentioned in the third tri.

I'm thinking if you haven't experienced heartburn or constipation by now, you probably won't! As for the back pain and trouble sleeping... it seems like the closer you get to the end, the more likely these things are to pop up. I'm 31w tomorrow and I haven't had the slightest bit of trouble sleeping (yet) but I started to get daily back pain about 3 weeks ago, mostly from sitting at a desk all day, and then in a car for my hourlong commute.
Consider yourself lucky to have made it this far w/o any of these symptoms!!

I haven't had any of that and I'm 40w2d. I kind of have trouble sleeping just because I'm up to pee once an hour, but I'm able to fall back asleep right away.
I keep saying what an easy pregnancy I've had physically, but I'm now emotionally done. I can't even tell you how many irrational crying fits that I've had lately.
Hopefully none of that stuff will develop for you at all.

Re: When should I expect the following pregnancy "woes" to kick in? (3rd trimester)
Middle to end of the 3rd trimester. I was good until about 34-35 weeks and then forget it!...........I couldn't sleep anymore (there was NO comfortable position), I was huge and uncomfortable, I was just overall completely miserable and I couldn't wait for the baby to get out! Everyone has a different experience though, some people are fine right up until they deliver. Not me though!

Re: When should I expect the following pregnancy "woes" to kick in? (3rd trimester)
I am a few days shy of 32 weeks and I haven't experienced any of those symptoms! I have been very fortunate and have had a fabulous pregnancy. I get up to pee (obviously) throughout the night. I have some difficulty getting off the couch and turning sides in the middle of the night because I feel like I have bricks stacked on my belly but I have had that for a few months now. I had heartburn my first trimester and everyone says it returns with a vengeance in the third but thankfully mine has not! Looks like you might be in the clear as well

Re: When should I expect the following pregnancy "woes" to kick in? (3rd trimester)
I'm 31 weeks and so far I've experienced (or I'm currently experiencing) everything on your list.
Heartburn has definitely been kicked up a notch though from how it's been during the first and second.
It is what it is... that's my stance
I'm waiting for this little one to start attacking my ribs.

Honestly, out of all you listed I would say the only thing I suffer from is heartburn and that all depends on what I eat. I have noticed with red sauce it's a guarantee heartburn night and some other things trigger it.
No problem in the bathroom dept, thank god!!!!

Re: When should I expect the following pregnancy "woes" to kick in? (3rd trimester)
I hope that you don't have any of those symptoms. For me... heartburn? started in 2nd trimester and tapered off a few weeks ago (i'm 38 weeks) constipation? not for me - yay! back pain? comes and goes, depends on what i did during the day trouble sleeping? at 38 weeks i am not sleeping well at all to be honest. i'm up every hour. but that only started a week or so ago. even with yucky symptoms i consider myself to be having a great pregnancy (knock on wood) so fear not!
