when starting fruits and veggies...
Do you feed it separately or do you mix it with cereal?

When I started it I just fed them to DD by themselves so she got used to it.

Whenever I start a new food I have a little cereal prepared on the side. I try the food by itself first. If DS shows any sign of refusing I mix it with the cereal to get him used to the taste...I do this each time until he starts to just eat the food on it's own.

My ped. recommends starting with green veggies first. She said I can do a green, then something else, then back to a green etc.
