What week did u pack the hosiptal Bag.
I was thinking at 38 weeks

I have a history of pre term labor and in the past month, two people I know went into labor at 34 and 35 weeks so Im having mine ready by 34 weeks.

I started getting pieces together this weekend - I'm 33 weeks.
It's one of those things that I would like to just get off of my mind and ready.
Plus the cute clothes I got myself to feel good going home in will stay in the bag and I won't be tempted to wear them now!!

Crapola. I need to do this. I feel so unorganized when I come on here and everyone is good to go.
I know I am going to be making lists of things for DH to go back to the house and get once I am at the hospital.

With Nate, I started around 35 weeks and finished when I was 37. This time I packed at 38 weeks.

I started packing things I know I won't use, like my new slippers for the hospital (I know I am a freak), my granny panties to wear in recovery & after (yes I am still married to my maternity thongs) and nursing bras.

Depending on the space you have to store it, I would say anywhere from 34-36 weeks. I, too, delivered early my first pregnancy so if I waited much later, I wouldn't have had anything packed. I plan to pack something by 36 weeks with this one as well. I won't close the bag up though so it doesn't start to smell like stale suitcase!
Hint: store it in the baby's room if you can b/c no one is using it yet!

I will also leave the bag in my car while at work... just in case, I decide to go into labor while at work... With my luck!!!!!

i gave birth at my 35th week. unexpected, of course. luckily i packed. i had pre-eclampsia. per what one of the nurses mentioned.. "you'll just never know."
