when you go to a new dr for a 2nd opinion do you bring
all the records from your regular dr? Do you tell them the diagnoses by your regular dr or do you let them do their own tests and diagnose you?

It depends on the issue and what type of tests are needed. I've always brought things like MRI results with me.

I always bring everything with me. Some MDs want to see the reports, others don't.
For instance, I had my MRI re-read by NYU, but NYU did not want to see the first MRI report, they didn't want to be clouded by someone else's interpretation.
