I go to Satya Yoga and Pilates in Mt. Sinai. I'm not sure what part of suffolk you're in, but Melissa at Satya is WONDERFUL!

You can go to Prana Pilates and Yoga in St. James. The owner Lauren will modify positions for both yoga and pialtes classes. I highly recommend it! I totally think the reason I can still move around without any problems at 38 weeks is due to the pilates I did my whole pregnancy!

do you know the cost per class?
I think the yoga classes are $20, or you can buy an unlimited package for the month. The pilates reformer classes are $250 for a series of 10 classes. I did the pilates reformer, so I would call to double check the prices for the yoga classes.631-686-5252

Lauren is great and did yoga all through her pregnancy. :) We used to live in Smithtown and I went there before becoming a teacher myself.
