We got everything at Walmart... They have a whole "Disney" section... I do a lot of our shopping there. It isn't authentic Disney products, but it works for a lot of people. It is cheaper on the little things!

Yes, I live in NC
There's a difference. The ones you buy off property will be different than the actual Disney ones. Do you have a little one who will be looking around at what others have? You don't want him/her to feel "different" if they're at that age where everything has to be the same as everyone else. We got ours at the Disney store online during a sale. I loved it because it has a spot for a picture next to each signature spot.

I'm new to Disney too! First time in my adult life, and as a mother. Last time I went was 16 years ago with my parents. I thought the Disney store stuff was the same since it says "Authentic Park.". Who knows?

You can order them through the Disney Store and they will be of the same quality/type as the park ones. Our first trips with DD we bought the ones with spaces for pictures.
This past time I made DD and DS's books. I bought a DIY foam covered scrapbooks from the craft store. Then DD and I decorated the fronts with scrapbook decals. They came out so cute! DD decorated hers with princesses and they got a kick out of seeing the cover with their pics on it.

Where did you get your Disney Autograph Book?
Got mine at the Hotel at Disney. Had to have it! haha it was the princess one (she picked it out) and it has a space for a photo on the side. 5 days in the parks, I thought I may run out but I didn't.
