Where do you buy your eye glasses?

I need new eye glasses desperately. We moved so the place I used to go is out. My options are BJs, Target, Sterling Optical, Lens Crafters, and a little local place. I am not concerned with price as much as quality. Once I find a pair I like, I stick with them for a while.

Any feedback on any of these place would be appreciated. TIA!

Just got DKNY glasses and Ralph Lauren sunglasses at Lenscrafters. They're running sales through the end of the month. I got 50% off the frames and lenses.

For over a decade now I've either used BJ's (used to be a member) and now Costco.

I found the price difference enormous!!!

Last time I priced out similar glasses elsewhere, Lenscrafters they were close to $500. for non-designer frames, thinned frames (yeah, my eyes are that bad ), anti-glare, etc.. At Costco (now a member), they have run about $150. Difference of $350!!!

Now, I always go to Costco first.

I shop in the store and copy down the serial number than look it up online..i usually buy from wherever is cheapest, from websites to ebay, then bring frames to a place local for the lenses..

With coupon codes and even paying extra for ar coding thinner lenses etc I paid like $49. I've had them for 2 years now.
