Where do you keep your milk in refrig?

I have a 31cuft kenmore elite & the way it is designed, even with top the shelf at the highest & the middle at its lowest, the milk doesn't fit without me losing 1/2 a shelf (part slides back)

It is designed to keepenlarge gallon items on the door, but not milk because it is warmer.

I never had this problem with a 28cu Samsung...I thought bigger was better LOL.

Why don't you get 2 1/2 gallon glass pitchers?

Our milk is on the top right. Lord help the person if the move it!

I'm not even sure if that would work? How tall are the glass ones & do they organic. I've never bought glass?

I have to also have skim milk & whole milk

I keep it on the bottom shelf. Can you raise the middle shelf enough to accommodate them?

Top shelf in my side by side. That shelf is reserved for tall items only.
Anal I know, but leaves room for everything else below.

second shelf in my side by side... drink containters and other liquids that come in a carton get priority on that shelf!

top shelf is short... eggs, butter,pudding cups, hummus, sour cream, etc i didn't want the milk close to the light (but I sure it doesn't make a difference, i am just strange!)

I actually even emailed Kenmore.

There are 3 shelves, but the way they attach to the back I'm limited, I have the top at it's highest, and the middle at it's lowest. The bottom is the drawers.

Their top shelves have a slide system, so you can push the front back, but who wants taller items in the front?

It's so weird that they wouldn't design the shelf to fit a gallon of milk. I could take the top shelf out all together on the right side.

So weird that a unit this size & I have a problem

Seriously!
Who would have thought a refrigerator would be designed that to fit a "staple" item, you lose part of the top shelf & then have to put shorter items behind it?

I mean, I can understand my wine not fitting But milk

Mine is in the inside door rack.
