WHERE do you put your child's sound machine?
Right now we have DS's sound machine on a little ledge right next to his crib. But I wonder if it's just too close and therefore too loud (his head is RIGHT by it).
And now that we've lowered the crib, I'm afraid he might be able to reach the power cord. When we lower the crib to the lowest level, for sure he'll be able to reach it, so I must move it eventually.
So, WHERE do you put the sound machine?

We have a small table that we got at Target and keep it between the crib and glider.

On a wooden toy chest about 1-2 feet from her crib. It's plugged in behind the chest.

We have it on a table next to the crib. I would just make sure he can't reach the cord. But, I have read that you want it to be within 6ft of the child for it to really help. So, I doubt it is too close.

Her sleep sheep is attached to the crib. However, that goes off after 45 minutes, so we also have an air cleaner (which is huge, and can't go on a table or anything). It is just on the floor, kind of in the middle of her room.

we have the sleep sheep so it's in the upper part of the crib. she never touches or pays mind to it
