We are mostly first name people. That's how I grew up (with some exceptions), but if I didn't know the adult before, I would use Mr or Mrs. I think I will tell my kids that too...we are not there yet.

I tend to do the xxMommy with DS. My close friends he calls by 1st name. His 2 friends from schools mom want to be called by their 1st name and I prefer to be called by my 1st name. Mrs. F sounds way too formal for me.

My neighbors and MY friends parents or my parents friends he calls Mr. and Mrs.

it's never just a first name unless I'm asked to NOT call them Mrs. jones-

My kids call their friends moms "Miss First Name" or "Mr. First Name". All the moms actually decided together that we would have our kids do this (at least in our group). My children call our elderly neighbors "Mr. and Mrs. Last Name" though.

They call MY friends by their first names.

I def prefer to be called by my first name. My daughter will address friends parents first as "Mr/Mrs" but so far, they've all said "call me ___". They call my closest friends either by first name or aunt/uncle when they feel like it.
