I know he called Obama to congratulate him. That is a good question I think he has been on the down low since the economy crashed.

I think he's at the White House.
He made the congratulatory call to Obama telling him he is in for the ride of his life and that he would help make the transition as smooth as possible.

According to one SNL skit, the Oval Office was declared a "No Bummer Zone", so he's probably hanging out there, and trying to forget about the fact that he has to move in a few months, and can no longer destroy the country.....
