YOu can also buy a travel pillow. They are small and flat. Target sells them for $5.99.

I bought an ergonomically correct pillow at BRU in Westbury the other day - $19.99

I bought Nina's at Buy Buy Baby as well. It was amazing how much better she slept once we gave her the pillow.

BBB sells something called my first pillow. To me it looked the same as a regular size pillow.
I am still looking for something flatter.

BRU sells 2 different ones. the one someone posted above and also a very small, flat pillow with a satin white case on it, its $9.99 and DD loves it.

We gave DS a regular pillow at around 1 years old. My mom had him nap on the pillow since he was a baby but I never wanted to put one on a crib. As soon as he turned 1, we gave him one, and it was amazing what comfort it brought him.
