Where to start? regarding Taking Charge of you Fertiility...
Hey ladies, so i got the book in the mail yesterday, and i have to admit i was a bit overwhelmed when i started to flip through it.
There is SO much info, I feel like i am reading a textbook! For those of you that have the book, how did you go about reading it? are there specific chapters you would recommend? Or should i just take the pluge and begin reading from chapter 1? I am a slow reader, so i feel that i will never finish!

i started reading at chapter 1. It IS a lot to take in....so at least you know that!!
if you get overwhelmed, put it down for a bit and go back to it!

I just started at the beginning and skimmed through it. You'll see what's most important and which sections you should read in detail. Some parts will apply to you and some won't so you don't have to read every single section.

start at the first page! It is alot to take in. Re-read some paragraphs/chapters if you have to. I did. It is definitely a great resource everyone should have when TTC.
