Jingles my mom got from a breeder and him mom was queen something, his dad king something so officially on his papers his name is prince jingles. He was a christmas gift and he was so cute thats how he got his name

Shadow is a labradoodle that we saved at 8mos. She was supposed to be CoCo but whereever my husband or I went she was so close to us that we tripped over us and that is how she became our shadow.

We rescued her from NSAL. They told us she was from Greenville, SC. DH & I looked at each other and I said "Dixe???" and he said she looks like a Dixie. So, it stuck.

I saw she had a Golden with the name Casey, I asked her if it was ok that we named our Golden the same thing

Katie was born in Ireland so we picked a nice Irish name.


We found Annie at a town shelter so she was "Little Orphan Annie"

I don't know, I wanted something real all-American and something that could be for a boy or a girl. Casey just fit Afterwards I realized there is a place called Casey's near my house that maybe I saw and it was in my mind...but in any case, we love it!

To be honest with you, I have no idea. When we first saw him, the name Roscoe just stuck in my mind! Now all of my DH's friends call him Roscoe Pico trian. I wasn't even thinking of the Dukes of Hazzards at the time!

Bear - when we adopted him from NSAL his name was Bear so we kept it. Now we know why they named him Bear.

Nakita - when we rescued her her name was Ny. My husband wanted to change it but keep it "similar" so he named her Nakita.

Kane - Our Guinea Pig was named after the wrestler.

JJ came with it! actually his previous name was fido but the shelter changed it cause they hated it

Denver was named after John Denver, who sang our wedding song

Holden is named after Holden Caulfield from "Catcher in the Rye," one of my favorite literary characters

I named my cat Bobcat and call HER Bob for short. I have no idea why and sort of picked the name before she picked me at NSAL. If I got an orange cat, it would have been named Max.

I think it suits her. But everyone always when they realize Bob is a girl. My mother thinks it is the dumbest name ever for her.
