I like #3 the best too I think. I can't get into the whole "light color" theme, even if I am in Florida

Probably #4.
One and 2 are similar but the headboards are very different. #1 has a lot more smaller drawers in the woman's dresser which you may or may not like.
#3 ornate carvings which you might still love in a few years or might grow tired of.
ETA: Just make sure you inspect the drawers carefully. They should be all wood and ideally dovetailed joints. Dresser drawers take a lot of wear and tear unlike drawers in other furniture pieces that might only be opened occasionally, they are used daily. For a bedroom set, be wary of ones that are stapled or just tacked together with nails... they can fall apart in a few years. This isn't as important with a china hutch or other pieces.
