we started off with lesportsac ryan, used it a few months, and then i started using a longchamp le pliage as a diaper bag and purse.

I hate diaper bags  But my coach one really stunk. I prefer to just get a large bag that I like and use it like a diaper bag

This. The ones that try to look stylish look cheap and ugly and are heavy. The ones that are probably super functional are even uglier. I just sought out something lightweight that screamed "diaper bag" and not "diaper bag pretending and failing to be a cute purse" and then eventually just transitioned to a lightweight purse and was much happier that way. But we EBF so I didnt need to cart around formula, bottles, etc so I had less to carry.

Which Diaper Bag did you pick?
I have the Vera Bradley one that I used but then my sister in law gave me a Pottery Barn one and I LOVE that one. It is so big and has lots of pockets which I love!

Eta: I tested them out. Slung it over my shoulder to see if I could unzip with one hand only. Skip hops won.

Which Diaper Bag did you pick?
I didn't want one that looked like a purse. We went with the fisher price fast find diaper bag. It just looks like a duffle bag, has a thing in the side for the wipes which I liked and it's not too heavy at all.
I also have a huge Vera Bradley tote which I like when I need to carry a few more things with me...

I had the old VB baby bag and I liked it for the most part. Light weight, washable, and had perfect pockets but sometimes I found it a hair small. I would really like a pottery barn bag this time but they're more than I want to spend. We'll see!

agreed! Coach was a waste of money IMO. It wasn't big enough and got dirty as hell. Plus I couldn't clean it right.
I have a Vera Bradley and I'm so happy with it. It's big and machine washable!!! Believe me that matters a lot with a baby!!

I have been through a few at this point and my favorite is the Skip Hop bags! I just got a new one for this baby. I love the stroller strap and openness of the pockets.

I had the Kate Spade with my first...it was awesome, but now I just have a giant Vera Bradley, which has room for me to tote around everything for 2 kids.
