I'm going with the Diaper Dekor, as recommended by 2 of my friends. They sais with the Genie, you have to stick you hand in and push the diapers down. With the dekor, not so much. I heard good things about the Champ too.

I'm not going to use one either. I did hear the Champ was the best though...you can use any bag you want with it.

They are all worthless. Get yourself some ziploc baggies, throw the poopie diapers in, and throw them in the garbage

I registered for the Diaper Champ, because I can't be bothered with buying special garbage bags. If I don't get it at my shower, I don't think I'll buy it. I live in a building with a garbage room 50 feet from my front door - it won't be a big deal to walk over there to throw away the poopy diapers.

Plain old garbage pail. I put her poop diapers in a bag (I use the ones from BRU, it is a box of 200 for $5 I think) and put that in the pail. Empty daily!

Don't waste your money. They all smell of sh1t once your kids starts on solids. Just bring your bags outside right away.

Eww none.
The only one I have personally experienced is the genie. Nasty- the whole baby room smelled like poo.
I registered for biodegradable baggies- the diapers will go in there, then in a little outdoor pail probably right outside my sliding glass door on the deck.

I have little experience being around them, but it seemed like a good idea.
I am going to hold off on geting one and just reply on throwing out the garbage daily!

No they won't...you aren't going outside to throw it out at the 3am. I have one and used it when she was bfing. Emptied it daily. I do think it's worth the $20 or $30.

I won't trek to the g pails, but I will open the sliding glass door- I have a small house- it's probably only 15 feet away.

I use those powder scented blue bags they sell at BRU and they all go into the kitchen garbage. We take the garbage out at least 2x a day.

No they won't...you aren't going outside to throw it out at the 3am. I have one and used it when she was bfing. Emptied it daily. I do think it's worth the $20 or $30.
i will be putting them in a plastic bag and if i have to i will leave it at the backdoor and my DH will put in the the garbage in the morning

Diaper Champ. No special bags needed. We are in an apartment not very close to the dumpster... so it's tougher for us to just put it out in the garbage every day (if we went with just a garbage pail).
