If you had to pick from these 3, I would go with #2. He is smiling and kind of looking at the camera. #1 he is looking down and #2 looks like he is squinting.
Love his outfit!

I like the 2nd the best but I wish it was zoomed in a little more so that we could see him up closer (and I wish he was looking at the camera more)
ETA: I hope you don't get mad at me for saying this but I don't feel like any of those pictures capture his adorable little personality. All of the pictures you post of him - he is always beaming, smiling, and laughing. I feel like C3 is so photogenic and has such a great personality that is definately captured in pictures -- that I would do somthing like take a Santa hat - throw it on him - let him run around outside and take pictures of him that way. Casual - jeans and a cute shirt or something. Something where his personality shines though.
I hope I didn't offend you - but he is just really really great in pictures - that these just don't seem like him.
