Apparently someone find a disclaimer that they are not responsible for mismarked items.
But we all have an email confirmation with the price and that they OKd it.
I will fight this one. That they do have a choice to review orders PRIOR to and order confirmation and that in my eyes is legally binding. They acknowledge the order, gave it an order number AND send an acknowledgement of such order at x,y,z price.

I can't see how that can dismiss all liability?? If I hang a sign on my front lawn dismissing my liability - I am still liable though??? I'm not attorney so who knows.
I would like to know what the correct price is though.

I didn't get an email yet but mine says it is not shipping until Dec. I'd be interested to see what happens to those in the shipping state. If they get it at that price, I think the rest of us may have a stronger case.
