I would take the sugar free. Fat free usually has added sugar. Sugar turns to fat if it's not burned off.

Re: which one is "healthier"?
less calories is always better if your trying to loose wt.
And 1.5 g of fat isn't very much even if it is all saturated fat

The sugar free... because it's lower in calories.... and they are so good!

Sugar free is not healthier. They add aspartame or splenda in it. IMO I think anything sugarfree is poison in your body.

Neither. I should state that i don't think any of the fat free/sugar free things are good for you. Your body needs fat and the sugar free substitutes are no better than sugar. But if given the choice between the two, go with the one that tastes better.

Re: which one is "healthier"?
I agree with the previous two posters. The sugar-free has artificial sweeteners, which are just toxic to your body (you said you wanted "healthy"), and the fat-free has 100 empty calories which will just make you hungrier in the long run. I'd go with real pudding, which probably has 30 more calories and some fat - the fat is important because it will fill you up more, and for 30 extra calories that's worth it.
But if you trust your willpower to eat one and only one thing for dessert no matter what signals your body is giving you, I'd pick the 100-calorie fat free.

I would have an apple.
But the fat free is better. Artificial sweeteners are terrible for your body and they make you crave real sugar.

I'd go for the one without artificial sweeteners. I try to stay away from those if I can. DH avoids them completely!
