Walmart
Bath and Body Works- that store has to have the most annoying salespeople ever. I can't stand being approached 5 times during one visit and then there's no one at the registers. But if they have online ordering, I'd do that for the few products that I love.

Walmart --- not only because of their business practices but also because the place is just a ZOO.
I'd rather go to BJs or Target if I need "walmart-ish" things.
My BIL is obsessed with Walmart and it seriously bothers me to no end. He LOVES shopping there.

That place is TERRIBLE! I went there a few months ago and those people have no clue what they are doing!

This little florist shop by my parents house where I grew up. I bought a few sunflowers for my mom, and it came to $5.25. I gave a $10 bill and she gave me the change. Then she yelled at me that I only gave her $5 and was VERY rude to me. I was like, "Well, then how did you give me the change if I didn't give you enough in the first place"
So in general, if a place is very rude to me like this one.
I don't like Walmart or Sam's club and shop at Costco instead, but if it is an emergency I have gone there. But I make it a general practice not to (but I don't refuse).

i saw a documentary where they were forcing 3 chinese factories to bid against each other to reproduce a product for pennies. an awful practice, amongst others.

Petco in Levittown on Hempstead Turnpike. I was looking for a type of fish for my aquarium and in every tank, there were dead and diseased fish floating around, getting stuck in the filters. Gross.
Also any CVS photo developing. The Kodak photo developing center completely screwed up my passport pictures and enlargements not once but three times. They made promises they didn't keep twice. And were completely unapologetic about it.

Duane Reed..I just stopped in one only once the isles were so dimly lit it looked so creepy! It looked very dirty to me!
I hate to say this because I LOVE THE WALT WHITMAN MALL but that Macy's is beyond GROSS! It is in desperate need of a HUGE makeover!

Macys - Chaos every time I enter that store.
Abercrombie - I know I sound old...but that store is so darn loud...it's very distracting.
Gristedes - Ewww unless it's an emergency and I need something packaged.

Mine are a few local (NJ) restaurants because I didn't like the way I was treated.
There's also a Movado store that I refuse to ever walk inside of ever again. I had the repair a silver/gold bracelet and when I went to pick it up, they had it mixed up with someone else's, all gold bracelet.
When I told them, they treated me like I was trying to pull a scam. However, I wanted back my CHEAPER bracelet...and, I was wearing the matching necklace. The girl called her manager at home and said "there's a girl here who claims we mixed up her bracelet"...I went nuts on her saying that if I wanted to be treated like garbage, I'd shop at the Piercing Pagoda. (no offense to anyone- I used to work there during college, but it was the first thing that popped into my head )
She apologized profusely and ended up finding my bracelet, but I'll never step foot inside that store again.
I do, however, frequent their outlet store in Woodbury Commons!

You'd be surprised to know that most grocery stores/warehouses have rodent problems all the time. They just hide it well, and call in exterminators at the first sight of it. Really gross...but true.
