Always me. I love to cook and DH can actually cook really well but he is so freakin messy when he cooks that it stresses me out.

Always me! Except when I prep something for the DH to BBQ.
Same. He does all the grilling but that only includes putting the food on the grill, turning it and taking it off. I do all the rest 
ETA - he does make his own breakfast.

Me. I am picky and a control freak about what we eat, so he doesn't even try lol. However, he does do the grilling, and he usually does the dishes.

Mainly me, but DH is a good cook and will sometimes cook dinner a few nights a week. He also makes breakfast every weekend.

I normally do, and totally love it. On the days that I'm too exhausted or need a break, he'll do what he knows: eggs, sandwiches :)

ME. all the time. I even am the one standing at the grill when we have company and BBQ's and he's shooting the breeze with the guests.
When he's home and I work PT, we usually end up ordering take out for dinner. It's best that way. The few times he did cook he used every pot and pan, made a complete mess, and it was very undercooked and he got insulted when I told him it was.

who cooks in your house?
I am very lucky to have a DH that loves to cook (his dad is the same way). So we switch off. Most of the time I cover macaroni-based meals and he covers protein.

We used to share in the cooking, but since becomming pregnant DH has pretty much taken over. I cook maybe once-twice a week.

We only eat together 2 nights a week due to DH's schedule. 
One night we'll go out and the other... 95% of the time I'll cook.
DH will every once and a while, but he's so busy and exhausted on his days off - I don't have the heart to tell him it's his turn!

Me. DH can do basics like heat up in the microwave, make pasta and hot dogs. He has not interest to learn either.

DW. She's an amazing cook (and I let her know that often... ). I tried making breakfast for DC one time, and they kept asking if Mom was going to back to cooking from now on.....
