who is willing to help me to stay on track for 2007 and lose weight

I confess my willpower is not as strong BUT this year i would seriously like to try and loss weight if I get the doctor's ok on jan 12th hopefully i can ttc than. so who is willing to help me and support me this year? ThanksChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I have no willpower. Plus I developed the worst eating habbits. I am going to do this...

Im in as well! Diet starts again today, I need to pretend that my wedding is coming up again even though IM already married LOL
Need to drop 10 pds!

so how was everyone's first day of dieting? I had egg whites in the morning than total raison bran later on in the morning than at lunchtime i had a salad with a grilled chicken and vegetables. Now i am stuck for dinner and dont know what to eat!Chat Icon Chat Icon

I'm in for the support too! I know it's not easy....but try not to look at things as diets....look at is as being healthy, eatting in moderation, and being active. This way when you eat out, or eat "not-so-healthy" foods, you will enjoy them more and look good eatting them!

Hang in there and the longer you stick with it, it'll get easier and the results will start to really show!

First day was really hard. I constantly felt like I was hungry or needed to be eating something. But I kept mints near me as well as drank so much water.

Today not bad at all. I passed up pizza and I brought in a box of chocolate covered cherries. I didnt have one.

The first few days are always the toughest but it does get easier. I am really staying focussed Chat Icon

So since last week I've lost 4lbs...been staying away from sweets and chocolate and no more late night snacking..woohoo!!
