GMAC Mortgage. I teach in NYC and they had something for city teachers where some of the fees were waived. But they do non-member mortgages too. We were pretty happy with how everything went. I almost went with MCU (credit union for NYC employees) but luckily they screwed up from the beginning so we had time to find someone else.
