Who makes up these phoney "National such and such"days?
Seriously? Who gets to make them up?
I have never in my life heard of National siblings day. I thought Grandparents day was bad. Now this?
What's next? National Scratch your Ass Day?

I hate those posts. Honestly, a lot of people don't have good relationships with family and I hate when people are all over brag book blasting this $hit.
I even saw people posting pics of friends and sorority sisters yesterday for "siblings day".
Whatever floats your boat though.

I'm with you. I was extra annoyed because my brother put up a Santa pic with me and my sister when we were young.
I am not on speaking terms with my sister and haven't been for a few years.

Who makes up these phoney
So annoying. I love my sister to death but would never feel the need to put it on blast in everyone's news feed for a made up holiday. My whole feed was so spammed with the ridiculous posts I logged on once in the afternoon and then I was like nope not again until tomorrow when its all back to "normal"

I have a FB friend that made an anti-sibling day post. She explained how she only has half-siblings whom she "hates and are from different fathers anyway." She included a delightful picture of angry self. It was quite amusing!

I totally agree. I think it's one of the nicer "stupid" trends. I thought it was sweet to see my friends with their brothers and sisters.

Exactly. My sister and I know how we feel about it each other.
We don't need a made up holiday to show off to the world how lovey dovey we are.
I can rave about her or her me on FB any day of the year. Why do we need one specific day?
