who rented a doppler and from what co.?
i might rent one for only a month just so my parents can hear the heartbeat. but i am reading that the FDA requires you to have a doc's prescription, and most of the online companies don't require doctor consent and are therefore illegally renting!? (fines are apparantly $16,500 for illegally using medical equipment?!)
who rented one, from where, and did you ask your doc first? was it worth it?

I rented mine from Storkradio.com. I liked listening to my son's heartbeat everynight before I went to bed, plus if I felt he didnt move enough throughout the day I used it. I thought it was worth it

the ladies on here recommended heartones.com to me and i used them. i love it!! i had a previous MS so for piece of mind i had to hear the heartbeat every night. we still use it but now that she is moving a little less!!
no presc. needed either!!
