Who still drinks coffee?

Meh- I do. With my first I NEVER drank the stuff unless decaf.

With my second I did half caf.

Now, on the days I work I drink a cup of the full caf to get me through. 3-4 mornings a week, 1 cup each is fine, right?

This poor kid- I've been so lax about "eating well" this pregnancy.

I think stressing about drinking the coffee is worse than drinking the coffee! Don't worry about it! I have tea every single morning and espresso every weekend morning!

I drink a cup every day.

I drank a cup every day with DD.

Moderation.

Well, I don't drink coffee ever so that's not an issue for me (though I'm sure what you're having is PERFECTLY FINE!)

I am with you on being soooo lax with my eating this time though Last pregnancy, I ate salmon once a week religiously b/c it was good for baby's brain; same for walnuts, good for baby's brain so I ate them all the time; lots of fruits & veggies, lots of water.

This time, salmon THREE times in 27 weeks, no walnuts, and minimum veggies, barely any fruit, lots of junk, decreased water.

I do feel guilty about it

I drink a cup a day - Dr's orders actually.

I really can't imgaine what harm a cup of caffeine a day can do.
I'd like to see some scientific proof of this.

I have only had decaf since BFP and I actually don't even crave it anymore. I had coffee every morning when I got to work and now I enjoy a cup of tea more instead.

I drink a cup of regular coffee most days a week. I honestly have no guilt.

Most information I've gotten is that a cup or two of caffeine is fine.

I drink a cup a day. I did this with my first pregnancy too.

The only time I abstained was during the first trimester, I had decaf. The doctor said caffeine is fine in moderation.

I was scared to drink it in the first trimester because I was so worried about miscarriage.

I'm having my Starbucks vanilla latte right now.

I have a cup of coffee every day. I did it with first DS as well.

My dr. gave me the go ahead for 1-2 cups of coffee a day so I say enjoy!

I have one cup of full caf coffee every morning. My doctor said it is fine.

I do. However, it's funny because I've found myself being much more cautious this (3rd) time around. So, with my first two, I was working and I'd have around 2 small cups a day at work. Now, I feel like I'm much more conscious of the caffeine, so I've bought half-caf for here at home and will get a decaf iced coffee from DD. I've never been reliant on caffeine and could pretty much take it or leave it though (except for my iced coffees in summertime!!).

I have one venti vanilla latte from sbux a week on avg. i had to cut back my caffeine intake big time even before preg, b/c of migraines. i miss it.

i still drink about 2 cups a day.

with DS i had an aversion to hot coffee and only drank iced...this time around, ill drink anything.
when i go to starbucks, ill order half-caf - but i really dont think 1-2 cups/day makes a difference. my dr told me that up to 2 cups was OK too.

in the beginning of this preg, I didn't go near coffee- but that was more b/c i would at the smell of it.

lately i've felt so sleep deprived now that im towards the end, that I'll have one cup in the morning.

I have a cup of decaf almost every day. I kinda hoped I would be able to cut it down to every other day or three times a week but that has not happened.
I coffee way too much!
