Luckily for me, I'm a multi-billionaire who runs one of the few Internet providers, so I'd love to be able to threaten websites that don't pay me money to not throttle internet speed to their site. It would also help my company if I could essentially shut down competitors sites, like Hulu, Netflix, etc. by dropping network speeds to their sites for my customers, and force them to use my services.
Oh, wait... no, I'm the exact opposite of that... wait, this plan is horrible!
