Who takes a SMALL prenatal pill??? i need to switch!
i need to switch mine because they are making me sick..
but i need to have a small pill... i dont care if its a OTC or prescription.. as long as they are NOT horse pills

DE - I'm taking the Rainbow Light One Prenatals. I just break them in half. They've been good to my tummy so far!

ok i suppose i can break them in half.. as you can see i am lazy bones

ok i suppose i can break them in half.. as you can see i am lazy bones
if you can't break them in half though D - they do sell a 'pill cutter' thing in most pharmacies - usually on that 'pill box' thingy (not in an aisle, it's like a spinny thing in most stores). I have one at home - you put the pill in the thing and slice it....it's basically a glorified razor blade - but with protection so you don't hurt yourself....
I can pick one up for you if you want and next time i see ya - hand it on over!

I Take a HUGE pill. and it upsets my stomach.
I asked for Prenate Prenatals because the samples were tiny and didn't bother my stomach.
He gave me Prenate + DHA, these are huge and bother my stomach
I thought I made a good pick, oh well.
I need to pick again, now that my perscription is almost done.

I have a VERY VERY sensitive stomach and take the Target prenatals. They were given to me by a close friend with similar stomach issues and they didn't bother her - and they're good for me.
They're not tiny - but they're not HUGE...
Try taking them at night - so if it's going to upset your stomach - you're asleep through the worst of it...
I take mine with dinner...

hmm.. haven't thought of a pill cutter... thats interesting! good idea!!
so now i can take any pill.. ill just cut it up!!

I dont but at least I have one that doesnt make me gag with the smell - the one I have is big though and its rainbow light - I also refer to them as horse pills and I think I will get one of those pill cutters that someone suggested as that could help. good luck in your search

OTC!
De - you don't even need a pill cutter. DH breaks them in half with his hands, or I just hold it on the edge of the table and push down on each side with my fingers if that makes sense.
They are on the expensive side - but worth it IMO!

I'm no help 
My prenatal is 2 ginormous pills - one in the morning and another one at night. Luckily, I have no trouble swallowing them.
Good luck finding one that suits your needs!

Flintstone chewables and a folic acid chaser that is a VERY tiny pill
My OB said that was as good as any prenatal so I took that throughout pregnancy and still do now.

hmmm see, I'm not sure what your threshold is....I hate large pills too, but I'm not sure if you'd think the pills I take are large. I take the Target brand.
I did just pick up the Walmart brand though- OneSource Prenatal. You have to take two, so I'm gonna take a guess that they might be small. Plus, it's more folic acid and calcium so it might be worth it for you! I haven't taken it yet though since I'm still finishing up my Target bottle.

I loved the Target brand and now that I'm taking prescription pills I take the Duet DHA- My doc gave me about 6 samples to try out and I liked them the best! I take em at night right before I go to sleep- no funky tastes from the DHA pill that way!

i can't stomach multivitamin pills which is what my ob recommended for now since we're waiting till March to TTC. so she recommended flintstones chewables 2 X a day. so i still get everything i need just not at all at once and no tummy troubles. HTH

a friend of mine showed me her chewable pre-natal pills a few years ago. I was so happy to hear they made that since i can't swallow pills either!
