Flintstone chewables and a folic acid chaser that is a VERY tiny pill 
My OB said that was as good as any prenatal so I took that throughout pregnancy and still do now. 
I thought some girls were taking the flinstone.. so you take that once a day plus folic acid?
the ones that are strictly folic acid?

Yup - Flintstone once a day and then I think its 400 mcg of straight, plain Folic Aid that I bought at Target.

I bought the Target ones based on a recommendation but they were too large for me.
My doctor (I am now PG) said to take Flintstone gummy chewables (adults take 2/day) and a small folic acid pill, 800 mcg a day. the folic acid pill is very small. she prescribed a chewable kind, but said the Flintstones combined with the folic acid is just as good, so I am sticking with that since it doesnt bother my stomach.

I take a liquid vitamin b/c i cant swallow pills either. I get it at health food stores.

i take the duet dha and take them right before i go to bed. Luckily i fall asleep as soon as my head touches the pillow bc i wouldnt be able to tolerate the smell and taste !
