Ok...so the not so good news is I signed the divorce papers so I will soon be legally separted, then shortly after divorced, but it was happening anyway. I can move on....
The GOOD NEWS is we got an offer on the house for $380k and it was listed at $389k...an engineer came today and everything already. Woo Hoo! It was on the market for less than a week.
I knew someone would scoop it right up, because you priced it RIGHT!!!
I saw the open house pic in the paper last weekend & I thought about you & how great the house looks.
I'm truly sorry that you are going through this, but I'm glad you're not going to have a struggle with selling on top of everything else.
Good luck with the rest of the process & stay strong!

That is GREAT NEWS!!!
It's so rare these days that a house sells during the first open house... less than 1% one RE told me.
While it is definitely bittersweet, it would be regardless. At least things are not being drawn out. That would be much more stressful.
