Who you tip for the holiday season?
DH and I are starting to come up with a list of all the people we should tip for the holiday season. Who's on your list?

cleaning lady
dry cleaners (usually bring cookies or something)
i'd tip my UPS guy if he wasn't a ninja! I've never seen him.

Not sure many people know this but it illegal to tip a postal carrier. They can lose thier jobs if they accept it and are found out.

We usually tip the garbage men and the mail carrier....but we just moved into a new place and the garbage men constantly leave our garbage cans either at the end of our driveway or actually in our driveway so every single time we have to get out and move them so we can pull into our driveway. It's very annoying. They also don't come until mid afternoon I think so I'm not sure how I would get it to them.

Us too but our building pools it all and splits it evenly since theres so many staff members, so its not that expensive.

Our garbage men take everything, so we'll be tipping them this year.
I don't actually understand tipping the mailman b/c it's not like he's going above and beyond his job duties. In fact, on rainy days he puts the mail in the box and then doesn't even close the lid.

Garbage men. My postman stinks! I've repeatedly asked him to separate the mail for us and our tenant (we have 2 boxes directly next to each other) and he refuses so I always have to ask the tenant for my mail since she's old and never looks at the name.

The people at the laundromat who do our laundry.
And I'm thinking of getting a little something for the lady who takes care of the locker room at my gym. She's so pleasant first thing in the morning and keeps the place spotless!

My sanitation men SUCKKK - I had to call once because they left my garbage there twice- for no reason whatsoever.
I seem to have a different mailman every other day too.

my place has 3 different girls that i see. but 1 more often than others. maybe i should bake something, or would that be weird? idk.

I don't think I have a regular mail carrier, so, I won't be leaving anything for him/her.
I never see the garbage men, but they are great. How does everyone leave a tip for them?

I don't do cash but I give her a dunkin GC.
I also forgot I tip my newspaper delivery person.
