Why do celebs always have to talk about their weight or size in interviews?
I find it soooo incredibly annoying that in almost every interview I read from a female celeb they have to tell what size they are, how they keep their incredible shape  and what they eat...like 4 oz. of chicken and a handful of steamed veggies  Oh and a salad for lunch.
I dont know if they like to boast about their size or the people doing the interviews are asking them specifics but no wonder teenage (even adult) women are having weight issues and eating disorders.
Does anyone else find it annoying or am I just PMS'ing???

nope i am totally w/you on this one! if i hear one more interview where Jessica Alba is complaining about what a poor self image she has I am going to barf!!!! PLEASE !

because they get asked about it so much during the interviews
because the public and the industry are fixated on it
if i was famous, i can imagine that all of my body/looks hang ups would only be magnified 20000 times worse

seriously, I could never survive on what they eat. 4oz of grilled chicken with a couple of broccoli florets for dinner... And I think they lie about their sizes. I am a size 2 or 4 depending on the store and most of them are a lot thinner than me.

they also probably talk about it so much because that is ALL they focus on in their life 24/7 - think about how it must feel to constantly be starving - you have to obsess about NOT eating all day long, so when you get to talk about something that is all that is on your mind

It's part of their job to obsess over it. They are paid to look like that so of course they discuss it.
