I hear ya. Kristin, my own FATHER says hello to me everytime he see's me and say's "hey Fatty" and then proceeds to walk like the statepuff marshmallow man. I finally turned around an yelled at him one time and was like "enough with the F*cking fat jokes already, i'm sensitive enough about my weight". Then i told him don't worry, you won't be saying that after the babies are born because i am getting right back into a workout as soon as i have clearance from the Dr. Then his girlfriend proceeds to say "well, you better lose it within 3 months of having those babies otherwise you will NEVER lose the weight".  i mean really lady? I am have a c-section. They say not to workout for 8 weeks or until medical clearance from your Dr. So you're telling me i have a month to lose it. Go eff yourself! I hate people sometimes!
Wow! I'm sorry. It's just not right. I don't understand the fat jokes anyway. We're freaking pregnant for gods sake!!! I'm just going to continue to tell people it's temporary, what's your excuse!?!? I might not be so nice about it next time too! These comments are just so rude and uncalled for and to hear it from my own family makes me sick!
yeah i know. hey, soon you're sister is going to be the one PG and when she hears it from other people she will understand and i am sure NEVER say things like that to anyone ever again!
Yea I think that's part of the problem too! You don't fully understand until you are pregnant yourself.

You will learn to ignore people. I preatty much look the same carrying a girl as I did carrying a boy. I 'm carrying slightly lower but my face hasn't changed and I'm all belly. A woman at work was swearing I should take out all the clothes from my son because I am having another boy....she's wrong..it's a  .

It's amazing how clueless people can be and I found that it was mainly women making the comments. I carry very small and I got a lot of very rude comments like I was going to have a tiny baby and If I even eat. I would get so ****** off at these comments but have learned to just blow them off or say something obnoxious about not having to lose much weight once the baby comes. That usually pisses people off :)

the day I came home from the hospital I had a family member ask me "why is your belly still so big?"
UH I just had a BABY? im not going back to a size 4 overnight. and yes this was a grownup!

I am new to posting but feel your pain. I hate when ppl ask me how much weight I've gained. For some reason I stumble and answer and then when they laugh in response I get upset and defensive all at once. Someone at work told me I'm starting to get really big now and I said, "Well it's about time. I'm 35 weeks!" And it's always women who have had babies themselves!

My butt and hips definitely got bigger from being pregnant...
so when people were like "You're DEFINITELY having a girll", or "Are you sure you're having a boy? You're carrying like it's a girl", I say...
"Wow, thank so much for basically telling me my a$$ and hips are huge".....and they shut right up and then apologize and try to explain it, to which I reply............."yeah that was a real confidence bookster" 
I then am totally amused at their embarrassment for such a stupid comment.
