Why is a CVS/Amnio test suggested if you had IVF???
I was just curious since I've been hearing a lot about it lately. How does IVF make it a greater risk of something being wrong?  TIA!

It's not.
IVF pts are often older & therefore, be at an age group in which they are more likely to be recommended one of these procedures. BUT, it's not routinely done for IVF pts.
