Why is it everytime DS is with my parents or DH he falls and hits his head?

It is so aggravating and upsetting. DS hasn't fallen with me in months. But everytime he is with DH or my parents alone I feel like he is falling and smacking his head on my tile floor. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon I have an area rug that I try to keep him on and of course I let him play by the tiles or on the wood floors but I watch him carefully. They are just so laxadasical (sp?) about it. DH I know it is just laziness b/c he probably is sitting on the couch on the computer while DS plays. My parents watch him on Thursday when I go to work and they think DS hitting his head is a part of life. I know it is...and luckily he has never gotten a bump or anything but god, how many times can this poor kid hit his head?!? I am afraid he is going to get friggin' break damage. Chat Icon

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon They have strong little heads, these kids.

DS ALWAYS has a bruise on his head. It's like it never goes away because just when it does, he gets another one. He's also gottne 2 fat, bleeding lips and one black eye. Most of this is all while I am right there watching himChat Icon It just happens so fast! Usually he gets right up and doesn't even flinch. Chat Icon

I am sorry... You have to tell them to put a a fence around the rug if they just want to sit and not follow him. Thats what I do at my grandmas when she watches cadence
