I went and saw this one.
It is on a busy road, very steep driveway.
The old lady who owned it died and it needs to be completely updated.
The house really smells too.

the house is a wreck. Its an estate sale so they want a quick sale. It totally needs to be gutted. I know exactly where it is. Yes its a busy road, but it is a nice part of Smithtown.

Tip...when they show 3 exterior pics, 2 of the exterior of the garage, and a picture of fallen leaves...take it as a cue that the inside is a rat hole.

i take this as a sign that the house is not really 'excellent' if they've opted for leaves over interior shots. JMO.

If you're willing to do the work I think it's a great investment! With two kitchens you could possibly do an apartment too.
