WII Weight Watcher Exercise Points??
Will someone please tell me how you can do 15 mins or WII sports for 1 point OR 30 mins of Wii sports for 1 point? And why do they all have the same value when bowling isn't as active as tennis?
And why are the WII Fit points so low? Running for 15 mins is sure burning more cals than bowling for 15 mins!
Is there a calculator somewhere where I can put in, say, I burned 300 calories in 10 minutes of moderate activity. That isn't possible with WW online that I can see.

Re: WII Weight Watcher Exercise Points??
I find it completely stupid too.
Hmmm...maybe you could just add your own activity and when they ask you the intensity level, it will adjust to the right amount of points. So...let's say they have bowling set at an easy level, you can just put Wii running, and say high intensity for whatever minutes you're doing it for and it will calculate it. That's what I had to do for stroller strides, or 30 day shred. I put moderate for stroller strides (an hour gave me 3 points), and high for 30 day shred (I was excited that I got 2 points for 20 minutes!).
