Re: woahhh. 20 weeks is a big difference
aww thanks so much but pre pregnancy i was about 30-40 pounds overweight! i'm very short (5'2) i plan on losing about 50-60 pounds after the baby! i'm doing it biggest loser style haha. doing the treadmill like 2-3 hours a day in our basement while the baby sleeps, or put him in a swing and do it. i just can't believe what a difference 20 weeks is! i feel like i can't get any bigger and i still have 12 weeks to go!

Re: woahhh. 20 weeks is a big difference
You are not chunky!!!!! You look beautiful! It looks like you are all baby, and have beautiful toned arms!
But... I hear what you are saying! I am 5'2 and I gained about 15 lbs since our wedding in July, and wanted to take that off before getting PG - never expected it to happen the first try!
I'm thrilled it did, but do wish I were thinner to start of at -- so I know how you feel, but really, you do look beautiful!
I can't wait until I show - right now I just look fat!
You look like a beautiful, healthy, pregnant woman!

haha YES!!! i have a full sleeved tattoo of peter pan on that arm and the other is all nightmare before christmas. i'm a huuuuuuuuuuuge disney fan and those have been my favorite since well.. as far back as i can remember!! i love the imagery in the movies and the story lines.
thank you guys so much! you're boosting my poor ego! haha i seriously probably have THE worst self esteem so it's nice to hear nice things.. i really can't wait to get back to my old skinny self (aka when i first met DH! i gained 50+ pounds since we first started dating so that's another reason why i have really poor self esteem. i went down 30 pounds for the wedding, but then gained about 15 and then got pregnant)
i think my slow weight gain is catching up with me though! i looked on the scale and it says i gained almost 10 pounds (it said about 7 pounds last week!) but i just found out the baby is pretty big so maybe he's going through a huge growth spurt? at least i'd like to think so

Wow!! I just took a quick peek at your photos - I love your sleeves! I'm jealous
I know what you mean about the self esteem thing. I know it prob. doesn't make you feel much better but do know that other people out there are going through the same thing. Right before getting pregnant, I was also up about 45 pounds from when we got married. Now that I am about 6 months along I REALLY feel like a house. I know it's normal to gain more during pregnancy but it can be tough to get used to nonetheless! I'm just trying to roll with it for the most part because I figure there's nothing I can do...but I definitely feel your pain! I just wonder if I'll ever lose the bulk of the weight once the baby comes...
