WooHoo first session down!
Last night was my first personal training session and for those 30 mins she kicked my booty!! My legs were shaking like crazy and I was so red I was bordering on purple... but it felt SO good!
And of course, today I feel like a 100 yr old because I can barely get out of my chair w/out pain.... but whoa! Love it! Can't wait to go back  (i'll add the icon b/c I fear that actually jumping may kill me  )
